This policy describes how Dynamic QR handles information when you use the service.

Account and billing data

We process the name and email associated with your account, along with QR code names, destinations, designs, and account status. Stripe processes payment details and billing information as our payment processor. Dynamic QR does not store payment-card numbers.

QR scan analytics

When an active QR code is scanned, we record the scan time and estimated device category and operating system. We use transient, privacy-reduced network information with the QR code, normalized user agent, calendar date, and a server-side secret to create an estimated unique-scan hash. We do not persist raw IP addresses in the Dynamic QR database, and unique scans are estimates, not counts of people.

Cookies and service operation

Authentication and storage cookies may be used to keep you signed in and operate the service. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. QR records and related analytics may remain available during an account’s retention period after a subscription ends.

Security and service providers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service information. We use service providers, including Stripe for payment processing and hosting providers for application infrastructure, to operate Dynamic QR. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your account or billing information through the available service controls. Contact support with privacy questions or requests where a support contact is provided by the service.
